The Bosque Central Appraisal District (BCAD) Board of Directors hires the Chief Appraiser, approves the BCAD budget, approves contracts, and sets general policies. The Board does not appraise property or review property values.

The Board of Directors meets at least once each calendar quarter.  All meetings are held in the board room of the Bosque Central Appraisal District (9293 Hwy 6), unless the Board designates a different location.

All Board of Director meetings are available to the public for a minimum of 365 days after posting. The agenda is posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Meetings are livestreamed on Zoom and the recording is posted no later than 72 hours or three complete business days after meeting has concluded. Video, Audio and Transcription files from these meetings can be accessed below. All meetings are held in the board room of the Bosque Central Appraisal District (9293 Hwy 6), unless the Board designates a different location. To request copies of video, or any documents not listed on our website, file a public information request.
